Evidence of mental health, medical, physical and sensory difficulties

If you're funded by SFE, a Research Council, are self-funded and not eligible for DSA or are EU/Overseas:

• A completed SFE DSA Disability Evidence form

If you're funded by SAAS, NHS Student Bursaries, NHS Social Work Bursaries, SFNI:

• A letter which contains the information in this guidance

If you're funded by SFW:

• A completed SFW DSA Disability Evidence form
