Car parking at the University
Do you have a blue badge?
If the answer is yes, then we will issue you with a car parking permit free of charge so that you can park close to your study area.
To arrange this, please contact the Permit Office. You’ll need to supply a photocopy of your blue badge.
No blue badge?
If you don’t have a blue badge, but have difficulties related to your disability that make parking difficult, or you have a long term medical condition that means it is difficult for you to walk long distances, please book a Quick Query appointment.
The Disability Advisory and Support Service can then assess if a parking space can be provided at a reduced fee.
Applying for a blue badge?
If you are in the middle of applying for a blue badge, the Permit Office may offer you a short term permit, and can reimburse costs once you have a blue badge of your own.
