Graduate CareerConnect
Graduates from The University of Manchester can continue to access the Careers Service for up to two years after their course completion date. This means that as a recent graduate you can access one-to-one careers support, events, and CareerConnect.
Through CareerConnect you can:
- Book one-to-one CV reviews, application advice appointments, interview practice, careers guidance and much more
- Register for careers workshops, fairs, and employer events
- Search for job opportunities
Accessing CareerConnect as a graduate
Continue to log on to CareerConnect via the 'Student sign in' option using your University credentials. Once they stop working, you will receive an error message after entering your details. At this point, you can register for a free, graduate CareerConnect following the below instructions:
- Visit CareerConnect
- Select 'Graduate sign in and registration'
- Click 'Register'
- Complete the short 'Graduate registration' form. For this form you will need to use a non-student email address. You will also need to include your alumni ID number, which is the same as your University student ID number. If you don't have this number, email: careers.info@manchester.ac.uk
- Select 'Submit'
Your graduate account will be activated within five working days, but often much sooner. You will receive an email to the email address you used to register for your graduate account. Remember to check your spam folder. Please note: you cannot apply for a graduate CareerConnect account while your student account is active.
