We will be conducting a **campus-wide bike sweep** in early January to identify and remove abandoned bikes, ensuring our bike shelters remain safe and accessible for everyone.

**What You Need to Know:**

- **When?** The bike sweep will take place on the first week of January.
- **Why?** To address abandoned or neglected bikes to free up space for active cyclists.

**Important for Bike Owners:**

- If your bike is in one of the campus shelters, please ensure it is in good condition and securely locked.
- Any bike identified as potentially abandoned will be tagged with a removal notice. Owners will have **3-4 weeks** to remove the tag or move the bike to avoid its removal.
- If your bike is mistakenly tagged, simply remove the tag to ensure it is not collected.

**Next Steps for Tagged Bikes:**

- After the collection period, any unclaimed bikes will be removed and securely stored at **Booth Street West**.
