Eligibility for the Manchester Global Graduates Programme
The Global Graduates Programme is open to any undergraduate student currently studying at The University of Manchester who is not in their final year of study.
We will sponsor 50 students to take part in the Global Graduates Programme. Up to 42 of the places will be available to students who receive The Manchester Bursary and /or the Manchester Access Scholarship, or have had experience of care. \ \ Please note: Students who have taken part in the programme previously are unable to apply again.
Funding details
The University of Manchester will:
- Arrange and pay for flights to and from the destination.
- Make accommodation arrangements and book a hotel room for each selected student, in advance of the visit.
- Pay for reasonable local travel and subsistence costs directly associated with the scheduled itinerary (eg local public transportation) up to the value of £500.
Upon completion, participants will be required to deliver:

A group report on their finding (3,000 words).

An individual report on how the visit has improved their employability (2,000 words).

A team presentation on their visits (30 minutes).
