## Car Parking at the University
There are five car parks on campus with a mixture of permit and public parking.
Blue Badge Holders can park free of charge.
Each car park has a letter, corresponding to its position on the campus map (see link on the right).

**\*PLEASE NOTE\***
When special events are on (e.g. Graduation, weekday Open Days), parking is extremely limited.
We strongly recommend that to avoid disappointment, public transport is used to reach campus at these times, unless travelling by car is essential.
Blue Badge Holders can park free of charge. In order to access the disabled bays, please take a ticket on arrival and visit the Attendants lodge with your Blue Badge in order for the ticket to be validated, or use the intercom (where you may need to give details of your Blue Badge).

## Car Park B: Aquatics Car Park, Manchester M13 9SS
**Levels 7 – 14 are staff / permit parking only. Levels 1 – 6 are public parking, operated by [Apcoa](https://www.apcoa.co.uk/ "Apcoa Website").**
Opening hours: 0600 – 2400, 7 days per week\

Number of spaces: 400 for public parking; 582 for permit parking\
Height restriction 2.1m\

## Car Park D: Booth Street West Car Park, M15 6AR (Access via Higher Cambridge Street)
Opening hours: 06:00-23:45 Monday to Sunday
Public parking tariffs (payable by cash, debit or credit card).
Blue Badge Holders can park free of charge. In order to access the disabled bays, please take a ticket on arrival and visit the Attendants lodge with your Blue Badge in order for the ticket to be validated, or use the intercom (where you may need to give details of your Blue Badge).

Public access: weekdays only available after 10am

## Car Park F: Dilworth Street, Manchester M15 6JA
This car park is currently for Staff Only
Blue Badge Holders can park free of charge out of Staff only hours (6-1am). In order to access the disabled bays, please contact the permit office at [carparking@manchester.ac.uk](mailto:carparking@manchester.ac.uk) by 3pm on the working day before you visit (the office is only open Monday to Friday), with your name, date of your visit, and pictures of both sides of your Blue Badge. You will then be booked in for access and will need to press the intercom on arrival and provide your name.
Disabled bays are on a first come basis.
