Posting and Digital Signage Approval

HS Building Management has posting locations and digital signage displays throughout the Health Sciences facilities. To advertise at these locations, you must have your announcement approved by HS Building Management. Events or announcements must be UW affiliated. The name of the sponsoring department, group, RSO, or course must be clearly displayed on the announcement.

Posting Approval

Approval for posting at physical locations can be obtained by filling out the Health Sciences Posting Approval request form. Please review the requirements for approval on the form.

HS Building Management does not have physical stamps for poster approval; you must provide us a digital copy. HS Building Management approval is valid for an academic quarter (or when a scheduled event is over).

Individuals must post their own notices at the following locations. Any announcements without approval stamps will be removed. Do not post flyers or signs directly on the walls of the building. Tape, pins, screws, and nails can damage paint.

D-wing third floor, outside D302 suite
E-wing second floor, across from the Etc. E-court café
I-court first floor, outside I132 and I140 classrooms
T-wing third floor, outside T360
T-wing fourth floor, across from rooms T471 and T466F
T-wing fourth floor, outside of room T483
T-wing fifth floor, outside of T567
T-wing sixth floor, outside of the entrance to the HSS simulation center
South Campus Center, opposite second and third floor entrances
HSEB cork boards outside of elevators, first through fourth floors

Bulletin boards in other locations are not managed by HS Building Management. Posting in these areas requires local departmental approval.

Posting is no longer allowed in building elevators due to tape and posters causing damage to the interior and mechanical portions of the elevators.

Approval for posting on our digital displays can be obtained by filling out the Health Sciences Digital Signage Approval request form. Please review the requirements for approval on the form.

Digital signage slideshows are updated once a week on Tuesdays. Currently, the only digital signage location is the MHSC T-wing fourth floor lobby.

Sign Stands for Event Signage

Departments or groups may not use their own sign stands to advertise in the building. Sign stands are available for rental through HS Classroom Services. Please see their FAQ page for more information. Do not post event signage directly on the walls, entry doors, or stairwells of the building.
