Alumni may submit a Documents Request to International Student Services to retrieve previous immigration files. However, per the UW retention schedule, student files are destroyed six years after your last enrollment. It is important for you to make both paper and digital copies of all documents related to your immigration history.

Students with active immigration records from February 2022 and beyond should be able to access all immigration files through their MyISSS portal. Feel free to Contact ISS if you need help doing so.
