I was briefly a visiting lecturer at the UW teaching undergraduate visualization courses (CSE442 , CSE412 [❀](https://courses.cs.washington.edu/courses/cse412/21sp/)).
I received my PhD in 2020 from the [Paul G. Allen School](https://www.cs.washington.edu/) at the [University of Washington](https://www.washington.edu/), where I worked with [Jeffrey Heer](http://homes.cs.washington.edu/~jheer/) as part of the [Interactive Data Lab](http://idl.cs.washington.edu/).
As a graduate student, I interned at [Adobe Research](https://research.adobe.com/) twice [[CHI 2019](#Tables), [CHI 2020](#Responsive) ] before joining full time.
I received my Masters from the [University of Washington](https://www.cs.washington.edu/) in 2016 and my Bachelors in Computer Science from [Harvey Mudd College](https://www.hmc.edu/) in 2014. Outside of research, I love travel and photography.
