The Response Team is here to ensure Accommodation, Catering and Events is a safe, secure, and supportive environment for all students, staff, and visitors. Our team, located in the main Reception Centre at Pollock Halls, works 24/7 to provide a friendly and secure atmosphere across our entire estate. We have a dedicated management team supported by community support officers working various shifts to achieve this goal.

We offer a 24/7 security presence, access control, and confidential support.
