Applying for Accommodation

Applications for September 2026 entry are now open

Please apply for your accommodation by following the instructions below:

Unconditional Firm -  As soon as you have accepted your offer to study, you can apply for accommodation via your MyEd portal (www.myed.ed.ac.uk). Enter your username and password to log in, click on the 'Student Life' tab > 'Accommodation' > 'Launch Services', then ‘Term Time...' to begin your application.

Conditional Firm, Conditional Insurance, Unconditional Insurance -  As soon as you have accepted your offer to study, you can apply for accommodation via your MyEd portal (www.myed.ed.ac.uk). Enter your username and password to log in, click on the 'My Application' tab, then 'Manage my accommodation application' within the Applicant Information section.

Applications for accommodation should be made separately from your application to study at the University of Edinburgh.
