# Visiting student fees 2026-2027

Tuition fees for undergraduate study as a visiting student in 2026-2027.

You are a visiting undergraduate student if you:

- are currently studying at a university outside the UK
- plan to study for one semester, or a full academic year, at the University of Edinburgh

## Overseas tuition fees

If you are a visiting student from overseas or the EU and want to study at the University of Edinburgh for the whole academic session, you will be offered a £500 discount. This discount has already been applied to the tuition fees for 'full academic year' in the table below.

If you are studying for one semester then you will be charged half of the full year overseas fee rate.
