You normally need to hold a degree in an appropriate subject to study at postgraduate level. You should check the degree finder for specific academic requirements for your chosen degree programme.

## Qualifications we accept

You need to hold a degree with an excellent or very good classification. This is equivalent to a first or upper second class honours in the UK. Your degree must be from a recognised institution.

We may also accept equivalent qualifications or work experience in some circumstance. You should check the degree finder for information specific to your chosen programme.

Where entry requirements specify a required number of credits these are UK credits. 20 UK credits are equal to 10 European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System (ECTS) credits.

## Qualifications we do not accept

We do not accept degrees awarded by the University of the People.

## Check entry requirements for your programme

Entry requirements vary between degree programmes and you should check if you have the necessary qualifications before applying. Find the specific entry requirements for your chosen programme in our degree finder.
