# MACHINE LEARNING PIPELINE FOR BRAIN TISSUE DAMAGE PREDICTION IN TBI

This package provides a process to calibrate and evaluate a model to predict simulated damage to the brain’s resting state networks (RSN) for a given set of impact conditions.
