Biography

I am a DPhil student in Prof. Luca di Mare's group. My research is on liquid hydrogen (LH2) fuel pumps for civil aviation. To understand the performance and hydrodynamic features of cryogenic LH2 pumps I am focusing on fundamental aspects of the numerical techniques for the accurate simulation of flow in a wide region of the phase diagram, as well as the more applied aspects of the hydraulic and thermodynamic design of the flow path.
