#### Maximizing Impact for early-career researchers/faculty

Maximizing Impact is an eight-month program for non-tenured faculty at the level of Assistant Professor. The program provides mentorship and coaching to early-career academics and educational leaders to help them maximize the impact of their research, teaching, and leadership.
