Emi Sasagawa is a settler, immigrant and queer woman of colour, living and working on the traditional, ancestral and unceded territories of the Musqueam People. She is currently a Communications Manager at Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies and a graduate student in the Creative Writing program. Emi has a background in social justice and solutions-focused journalism, and is a firm believer in true story listening.
