# Tuition and Fees

Online Learning at Allard Law charges tuition on a per-credit basis. Domestic students are charged $1,020.13 per credit and international students are charged $1,501.79 per credit.

## Tuition Cost Per Course

These fees are effective beginning May 1, 2026.

| **LAW 525: Canadian Criminal Law (5 credits)** | $5,100.65 | $7,508.95 |
| **LAW 509: Administrative Law (4 credits)** | $4,080.52 | $6,007.16 |
| **LAW 588: Ethics and Professionalism (3 credits)** | $3,060.39 | $4,505.37 |

Access Studies or Unclassified students can view application and any possible acceptance deposit costs on [UBC's Non-Degree Studies' website](https://students.ubc.ca/enrolment/courses/non-degree-studies/).

Students enrolled in the [LLM CL Program](https://allard.ubc.ca/programs/graduate-programs/master-laws-common-law) are not subject to application fees for online learning courses taken during their program, but may be required to [pay additional student fees](https://www.grad.ubc.ca/prospective-students/tuition-fees-cost-living/graduate-student-fees).

#### External Funding

Courses taken towards National Committee on Accreditation (NCA) requirements are not eligible for Canadian provincial student loan funding.  Canadian students may be eligible for a loan or a line of credit through their bank, and should contact their banking institution directly about these options.
