Rabaab Khehra

Rabaab Khehra is a fourth year International Relations student at UBC Vancouver. Rabaab is a Punjabi first generation immigrant who came here at the age of eight. She has lived in Surrey since moving here. Rabaab has been volunteering within Surrey in different capacities since she was thirteen years old to support historically and systemically marginalized communities.

As president of the Surrey Rotaract Club, Rabaab has also been involved in creating a Task Force for Rotaract that focuses on creating equity and inclusion within Rotaract. Through the Anti-Racism and Inclusive Excellence Task-Force, Rabaab hopes to guide systemic change within UBC to ensure that folks of colour as well as Indigenous and Black folks, are safe, valued and celebrated.
