Microwave Sensing, Signals and Systems

Department of Microelectronics

Vincent Groen

In 2024 I started my Masters in the QIST program of the faculty of Applied Sciences. Now, over a year later, my thesis about engineering an inductor for a 0-pi qubit is in full swing. The inductor is one of the essential components needed to improve the resilience of this qubit on its way to fault-tolerance.

In my spare time I enjoy reading and keeping busy with creative hobbies like painting. Additionally, I partake in the Monday evening football at X and regularly go ice skating (though I’m not very good at either).
