## Registration, deadlines and fees

In case you wish to apply for the grant you are
asked to also provide a recommendation letter from your supervising
professor.

### Deadlines

**1st May 2016**, deadline for grant application

There are 5 grants available, covering the course registration fee only.

**15th May 2016**, deadline for website registration

**20th June 2016**, deadline for course payment

### Registration fees

For MSc students, PhD candidates and other non-profit
organization researchers the application fee is **440 �**

For researchers coming from profit institutions
the application fee is **1100 �**

The fee includes all lecture materials and fees,
coffee during breaks and lunch.

Two social activities are also included:

- full day welcome event, including both lunch and dinner;

  - trip to Cabauw, including barbeque at the end of the day

The participants have to find accommodation and make
travel arrangements on their own. During the course, the participants
have to arrange for dinner.

### Cancellation policies

If you are unable to attend the international
summer school on Phased Array Radar for any reason, you may � by
arrangement with the organizer � transfer your place to another
person from your institute/organisation.

Before the deadline, the fee can be reimbursed
but an administrate fee will be charged worth 25 �.

After the course payment deadline, it is not
possible to receive any refund in case of cancellation.
