## 2018 International Summer School on 5G Phased Array

## Registration, deadlines and fees

### Registration form

If you want to register for this summer school,

In case you wish to apply for the grant you are
asked to also provide a recommendation letter from your supervising
professor.

### Deadlines

**1st May 2018**, deadline for grant application

- There are 5 grants available, covering the course registration fee only.
- [The Netherlands URSI Committee (NUC)](http://www.ursi-nederland.nl) provides an additional grant for one participant.

**15th May 2018**, deadline for the registration without grant request.

### Registration fees

For MSc students, PhD candidates and other non-profit
organization researchers the application fee is **440 euro**

For researchers coming from profit institutions
the application fee is **1100 euro**

The fee includes all lecture materials and fees,
coffee during breaks and lunch.

The participants have to find accommodation and make
travel arrangements on their own. During the course, the participants
have to arrange for dinner.

On Sunday 24 June, afternoon, will take place welcome event
and dinner. Some other social activities will be organized during the School's
week.

### Cancellation policies

If you are unable to attend the international
summer school on 5G Phased Array for any reason, you may - by
arrangement with the organizer - transfer your place to another
person from your institute/organisation.

Before the deadline, the fee can be reimbursed
but an administrate fee will be charged worth 25 euro.

After the course payment deadline, it is not
possible to receive any refund in case of cancellation.
