# Application Procedure

All applicants should submit their application for admission by themselves. We advise against the use of external agencies that offer this service.

1. You may apply for one MSc programme only.
:   You may submit one application per academic year. Submit all required documents online. Incomplete applications and documents submitted by post or email will not be processed.

2. All applicants are required to pay a non-refundable € 100 application fee.
:   You will be informed about the payment method in your online application.

3. If you were admitted last year and would like to re-apply, you must create a new application
:   This includes a new application in your existing account in Studielink.

4. For EU/EFTA nationals:
:   - The English language certificate may be uploaded by 1 July (23:59 CEST), provided that all other required application documents are uploaded by the 1 April deadline.
    - You will receive an admission decision within 12 weeks following receipt of your complete application.

5. For Non-EU/EFTA nationals:
:   - All required documents must be uploaded to osiaan.tudelft.nl and your complete application must be submitted by the [application deadline](https://www.tudelft.nl/en/education/admission-and-application/msc-international-diploma/dates-deadlines).
    - You will receive an admission decision within 12 weeks following receipt of your complete application.
    - Applicants applying for the following MSc programmes will enter a selection procedure and receive an admission decision end of March.
      - Aerospace Engineering
      - Applied Mathematics
      - Architecture, Urbanism and Building Sciences
      - Computer Science
      - Computer & Embedded Systems Engineering
      - Data Science and Artificial Intelligence Technology
      - Design for Interaction
      - Electrical Engineering
      - Integrated Product Design
      - Management of Technology
      - Strategic Product Design
    - For all other programmes, an admission capacity applies. If you meet our admission requirements, you will be considered until the admission capacity is met. The following Programme(s) have reached the maximum capacity:
      - Robotics
      - Mechanical Engineering

### Registration procedure Master of Science with non-Dutch previous education

If you have completed a Dutch previous education, please go to the Dutch [Application & Enrollment](https://www.tudelft.nl/en/education/admission-and-application/msc-dutch-bachelors-degree) page.

### Apply in Studielink

Log into [Studielink.nl](http://www.studielink.nl/)

- Fill out your personal details and previous education details
- Go to 'Submit enrolment application' and register
  - Educational Institution - choose Delft University of Technology
  - Type of study programme - choose WO Master
  - Academic load - choose Full-time

**Registration deadline**

Registration deadlines to the MSc programmes vary. Please look at the [Dates & Deadlines](https://www.tudelft.nl/en/education/admission-and-application/msc-international-diploma/dates-deadlines) page for an overview.

### Activate NetID

You will receive an email with your TU Delft [NetID](https://www.tudelft.nl/en/student/my-study-me/study-tools/netid-account-and-password), email address and an invitation for [Osiaan](https://osiaan.tudelft.nl)\
(this can take up to 24 hours)

- Activate your [NetID](https://www.tudelft.nl/en/student/my-study-me/study-tools/netid-account-and-password) to log on to the TU Delft systems
- Upload your portrait photo for your campus card at [My.tudelft.nl](https://my.tudelft.nl)

### Continue in Osiaan

- Log into [Osiaan](https://osiaan.tudelft.nl)
- Answer the questions and upload the required documents
- Third-party verification may be used to confirm the authenticity of your documents
- Pay the application fee and **submit** your application
- Check the progress of your application regularly

### Enrolment

- Bring your official documents (see admission letter) with you when travelling to Delft. Visit our [Registration page](https://www.tudelft.nl/en/education/study-programme-orientation/practical-matters/admission-letter-received-whats-next) for more information
- You are officially registered at TU Delft as soon as your status in [Studielink](http://www.studielink.nl) says 'enrolled'
- When your enrolment is complete, you can download your proof of enrolment via MyTUDelft
- You will receive an e-mail from the TU Delft about when and where to collect your [Campus card](https://www.tudelft.nl/en/student/my-study-me/enrolment-and-tuition-fee/enrolment/proof-of-enrolment/campuscard)
