Major Preparation Requirements
Required courses
- One introductory course in Earth science
- One year of general chemistry with lab
- One year of calculus
Strongly recommended course
- One course in calculus-based physics with lab
\ NOTE: Applicants are strongly encouraged to complete as many preparatory courses as possible. Remaining major preparatory coursework may be completed at UCLA after transfer.
