## Major Preparation Requirements

- French and Francophone
- German
- Italian
- Scandinavian
- European and Transcultural Language

Two years of college level courses in the declared language or at least one year of high school in which the primary language of instruction was the declared language

One course in European literature, culture, film or media

**NOTE:** High school foreign language classes will NOT satisfy major preparation requirements
