**[Campus Human Resources](https://www.chr.ucla.edu/) (CHR)** offers comprehensive Human Resource services to the campus and provides selected services to UCLA Health, covering more than 40,000 employees overall. Services include staff recruitment and employment, job classification and compensation, benefit counseling, employee and labor relations, personnel policy and contract administration for 13 different bargaining units, staff diversity and equal employment opportunity/affirmative action compliance, staff development, training, organizational development services, and the Staff & Faculty Counseling Center.
