The UCLA Administration Leadership Forum brings together leadership from each level of the organizational hierarchy to share critical and timely information, emphasizing key campus priorities and administrative challenges. The forum provides opportunities for cross-functional interaction, discussion, and collaboration to broaden perspectives beyond functional boundaries.

The forum brought together leaders across all Administration departments to discuss, collaborate, and network under the theme of Leadership Resilience.\ \

Managers and supervisors gained insights and updates directly from UCLA's senior leadership including Chancellor Julio Frenk and Administrative Vice Chancellor Michael Beck.\
Leadership Forum 2023
UCLA provides exceptional Bruin experiences, and this forum provided an opportunity to gather as one team to strengthen the initiatives that support our standing as a world‑class university.
Leadership Forum 2022
Participants heard from distinguished speakers including Chancellor Gene Block and split into breakout rooms with members of the Administration Leadership Team to discuss creating an agile organization.
