## Major Preparation Requirements
- **One interdisciplinary labor history course**
- **One social structure and contemporary conditions course related to labor and/or social movements**
- **Two courses from:**
- Introduction to Black studies
- Asian American movement
- Introduction to gender studies
- Globalization: regional development and world economy
- History of Asian Americans
- Introduction to Chicano/a studies
- Modern Latin America
**NOTE:** If there are no existing articulated courses, applicants should demonstrate sincere interest in the major and are encouraged to complete IGETC or the general education course pattern.
