**Eligibility**

**You are a member of the Class of 2025 and automatically eligible to participate in 2025 Commencement if you:**

- have graduated Fall 2024 or Winter 2025, OR
- are declared to graduate in Spring 2025 or Summer 2025.

**If you do not meet the above eligibility criteria but wish to be included in the 2025 Commencement, you must file a Special Inclusion Petition (SIP) as follows:**

- Fall 2025 graduates who wish to participate in the June 2025 commencement ceremony should submit their automatically-approved SIP through the commencement ticket portal on MyUCLA. **The automatically-approved SIP will become available on Monday, March 31st and will close on Thursday, May 29th at 11:59pm (PST).**
- Students who **do not** meet any of the criteria above: submit a manual SIP to your College Advising unit (AAP, Athletics, CAC, or Honors Programs). Students may submit their petition once **the form opens on Wednesday, April 30, 2025.** Please note that each College Advising unit will **begin reviewing these petitions on Monday, May 5, 2025** – it may take up to 5-10 business days to be reviewed and processed. **The manual SIP will close on Tuesday, June 10th at 11:59pm.**

**Ticket Ordering**

- Complete the [Senior Survey](https://www.college.ucla.edu/seniorsurvey/)! Responding to the survey triggers your online ticket ordering option.
- Tickets to the College Commencement Ceremony can be **REQUESTED** on [MyUCLA](https://my.ucla.edu/) starting Thursday, May 1st at 12:00 noon. The request period ENDS on Sunday, May 4th (at 11:59 pm PST). Eligible graduates can indicate their preference of times (11:00 am, 3:00 pm, or 7:00 pm) and request one **(1) FREE graduate ticket and up to four (4) FREE guest tickets.**
- Tickets for the Anthropology Department Commencement Ceremony can be ordered on [MyUCLA](https://my.ucla.edu/) on Friday, May 9th, at 12:00 noon, through Friday, May 23rd at 11:59pm PST.
- After May 23rd, please contact Myrna Dee Kikuchi at [myrnadee@anthro.ucla.edu](mailto:myrnadee@anthro.ucla.edu) with any departmental ticketing requests.
- Students can order as many tickets as needed for the departmental ceremony – the first four (4) are complimentary and additional tickets are $20.00 each.
- **All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued for unused tickets.**

**Ticket Delivery**

- All tickets will be delivered via e-mail from the Central Ticket Office to the graduating student who placed the ticket order.
- Ticket delivery will begin on Monday, June 1st, and will continue through Thursday, June 12th.
- It is the responsibility of the graduating student to distribute tickets to their guests.

**STUDENT CHECK-IN**

- Students should plan to arrive at check in at 10:00AM.
- Each student must retrieve a Reader Card upon check in. The Reader Card allows students to provide our presenters with the phonetic spelling of their names.
