Financial & Organizational Services supports all Administration departments with fiscal, training, and organizational services, and is comprised of Financial Management, Organizational Effectiveness & Development, and Sustainability at UCLA.

- Financial Management (FMS) produces monthly operating statements, performs financial analysis and modeling, provides internal audit oversight, and oversees the $700 million budget review and approval process for the Administration units.
- [Organizational Effectiveness & Development (OED)](https://www.oed.ucla.edu/) provides organizational effectiveness consulting, supports the strategic planning process, deploys the annual employee survey and over 100 customer satisfaction surveys each year, and provides management & leadership training and other workplace tools training as needed.
