- Please send an email to to dpo@equity.ucla.edu, or call (310) 794-1232 to reach the Discrimination Prevention Office (DPO) regarding complaints or other operational matters. The DPO will follow up via phone and/or email.
- Complaint - To file a complaint, complete their Online Complaint Form. You can also fill out a hard-copy Complaint Form (Word version and PDF version) and return the completed version to the Discrimination Prevention Office at 3148 Murphy Hall.
