### Introduction
There are several university-approved cloud storage options:
- [Box.com](https://ucla.box.com/)
- [Google Drive (using g.ucla.edu)](https://drive.google.com/)
Both solutions provide unlimited storage space for UCLA accounts, but Box.com has a 25GB single file size limitation.
**NOTE:** Dropbox is **NOT** authorized as a cloud storage option at UCLA due to security concerns and non-compliance. Please do **NOT** use Dropbox for any official university documents, files or storage.
### UCLA Box Enterprise
Box is the official cloud storage solution of UCLA. To use UCLA Box Enterprise service go to <https://ucla.box.com/> and log in with your UCLA Login ID and password.

### Google Drive (via g.ucla.edu)
Google Drive is part of the Google Apps platform that UCLA implemented when ucla.edu email addresses were moved over to Google’s servers.
Setting up a Google Apps account is as simple as going to [https://g.ucla.edu](https://g.ucla.edu/) and logging in with your UCLA credentials.
