As a Polytechnic University or NYU Tandon School of Engineering alum, you know firsthand the value for college students to receive guidance, access to networking and job opportunities.
We value and welcome your interest in engaging with our students through recruitment and various career events.
We want you to receive as much guidance and support as you need during your career journey, so please schedule a coaching appointment with us! We work with alumni on resume reviews, mock interviews, salary negotiation, and career advice.
Recruit and Engage
The NYU Tandon Career Hub can assist organizations with their recruitment needs by helping employers meet our talented and diverse students. We welcome employers to engage with our students in the following ways:

### Info Sessions/Coffee Chats
Employers may schedule coffee chats (informal discussions between employer representative(s) and our students), which typically take place in the early fall and early spring. Coffee chats typically take place at the NYU Tandon campus. Info sessions take place throughout the academic year.
Employers may schedule Tech talks and Fireside Chats throughout the academic year. These events are a great way to create awareness of your organization as an employer of choice and to informally meet with our students.
Employers interested in scheduling on-campus interviews with students they have pre-selected. Our office coordinates the promotion of jobs/internships and the selection/scheduling with employers.
Our office organizes monthly virtual career fairs with employers throughout the academic year. Events are organized by major and/or by industry. For employers who have a number of internship/job opportunities, we also organize stand-alone virtual career fairs. These events are at no charge to employers.
How does it work? Virtual career fairs function in a similar way to in-person career fairs: employers and their representatives are assigned a “booth”, students are provided with a link to virtually line up to meet with employers for up to 10 minutes. Conversations take place through a chat box and students share their resumes, can ask questions, and provide answers to the recruiters.
Our office organizes two large career fairs (fall & spring) as well as a diversity recruitment session. Employers who are interested in meeting with students to discuss internship/job opportunities are encouraged to sign up early as these events fill up early. All NYU Tandon students (undergrad & grad students from all majors) are invited to attend.
Our career fairs are FREE to employers.
