The Program

Earn a master’s degree in virtually any discipline offered by the New York University’s Graduate School of Arts and Science (GSAS) and an ALA-accredited Master of Science in Library and Information Science (M.S.L.I.S.) from Long Island University’s Palmer School of Library and Information Science. This unique program is designed to meet the need for subject specialist and scholar librarians in academic, research and cultural institutions.  Our approach to integrating subject expertise with education and training in library and information science provides dual degree graduates with the opportunity to acquire the skills and knowledge needed in a variety of professional settings.

Location and Class Schedules
