It focuses on accessing innovative capabilities through R&D, acquisition, alliances, joint ventures and innovation- friendly cultures and organizations. The key perspective underlying this course is managerial. Although the innovation activities studied are overwhelmingly technology enabled ones, success is largely determined by managerial factors.
