The session is designed to help you reset your body and mind with simple movement, calming breathwork, and a short guided meditation. Whether you’re feeling stiff from studying or anxious about upcoming assessments and assignments, you will leave feeling more focused, grounded and equipped with new skills to practice chair yoga at home or in the library.
