Budget

Accomodation was 86000 yen (approx. 860 aud) a month, including water, gas and electricity. Transportation in Tokyo is mostly by trains and subway, approx 300yen per ride, but varies. Food can be as cheap as less than 10 aud per meal. The funding was very beneficial towards my exchange.

Highlight

My highlight was travelling around Japan and seeing other cities other than Tokyo. I enjoyed meeting new people, eating new food and making new memories.
