The Student Success Team provides high-quality academic, cultural, and personal services, programs, and referrals designed to enhance the student experience and facilitate success.
What we do
Services and Support
We assist and support Indigenous students with a range of services, including:
- advice, advocacy, and pastoral care
- admission pathways and enrolment information
- orientation and transitioning into university life
- learning support and one-on-one tutoring
- Student Services drop-in sessions
- 24-hour access to a private study space in the ATSISU
- regular social gatherings and activities
Referral
The Student Success Team can also refer students to UQ and external supports and services, including:
- program and course selection advice
- accommodation services
- financial support and Indigenous scholarships
- Student Services
- counselling and wellbeing services
- Student Advisors and Academic Advisors
- Library services and resources, including laptop loans
- community health and wellbeing services
