Our Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Studies Unit (ATSISU) Outreach and Engagement Team recently hosted 10 Indigenous seniors from the remote school of Ernabella Anangu in South Australia.  For some, it was the first time they have had the opportunity to visit Brisbane and everything it has to offer.

\
At UQ, they had the opportunity to build prosthetic limbs, enjoy an Indigenous astronomy session and get to work with robotics and VR whilst also visiting the Antiquities and Anthropology museums.\
\
**One of the students, Thandi said: "I’m coming here. I feel like I belong here; I connected well with the presenters and want to study here”.**\
\
It has been an honour to host these students and ensure they get the most out of their visit to UQ.
