Bus and coach parking

You must get approval for buses or coaches to park, or pick up and drop off passengers on campus.

Request approval

To request approval for bus parking, external organisations and schools should email pfassist@pf.uq.edu.au at least 2 weeks before your visit.

Provide the following details in your email:

• organisation or school name and reason for your visit
• date and time of your visit
• number of buses
• bus size (e.g. minibus or larger).

The PF Assist team will allocate bus parking for your visit and send you the details in a confirmation email.

Requirements for multiple buses

If you need 4 or more buses on campus at the same time, you'll need to meet additional safety requirements, including:

• using approved entrance and exit points
• staggering arrivals to avoid creating hazards for other drivers and pedestrians.
