The Liveris Academy Mentoring Program connects the leaders of today with the most talented and passionate minds of tomorrow. \

Liveris Academy Scholars are passionate, driven students on a mission to solve the world's future challenges. This program will connect these Scholars with outstanding leaders in their fields to challenge them, broaden their horizons, and provide a platform to create real change.

## Why Become a Mentor?

A mentor is a guide. An inspiration. A resource who helps pave the way for others to succeed. Your role as a mentor is to inspire, encourage, and support your mentee, contributing to their development through thoughtful conversation and consultation.

## Why Become a Mentee?

Successful leaders need to understand multiple perspectives, be challenged in their thinking, and have a broad network to draw inspiration from. Being a mentee will help to further develop you as a leader, and as a world citizen.
