About Student-Staff Partnership Projects

Student-Staff Partnership (SSP) Projects enable students and staff to collaborate as equal partners and transform the UQ experience.\ \ Under the Partnership Ethos, SSP projects engage students and staff in the process of co-creation, co-delivery and collaborative effort premised upon mutual learning, accountability and shared responsibility. Student and staff partners are valued as colleagues and equal partners.

Project types

Projects can focus on:

  1. Teaching and learning:Reviewing or creating assessments, learning activities, resources, or new courses.

  2. Student experience:Evaluating and designing activities, events or support systems that enhance student engagement and sense of belonging.

  3. Governance and strategy: Developing strategy or policy to improve student representation and enhancing governance mechanisms.
