Do I need to pay the application fee?**  Yes. The application fee is mandatory unless you have got the scholarship award letter from relevant institutions.    **‍**‍**4. Do all programs offer scholarship?**  ‍‍The English/Chinese programs show on the websites offer the scholarships.
