Venue: Fok Ying Tung Sports Center, Minhang Campus
Important Information for Your Commencement Day:
Before the commencement:
Graduates attending the commencement must register and confirm your attendance within the timeframe specified by your respective schools. This requirement ensures that you are seated in your assigned seats and get to the stage in the correct order. Please contact your school for details on registration, academic dress collection, and entry procedures.
During the commencement:
- Wear appropriate academic dress when attending the commencement. For recipients of the Shanghai Outstanding Graduate Award, SJTU Outstanding Graduate Award, or Outstanding Doctoral Dissertation Award, the corresponding honorary tassels must be worn.
- Attend the commencement in person. Attendance on your behalf by others is prohibited.
- Arrive on time at the designated venue, enter in an orderly manner, and take your assigned seat.
- Follow all instructions from commencement staff, conduct yourself with decorum, remain seated, and keep noise to a minimum. Ensure mobile phones are switched off to maintain the solemnity of the occasion.
