## Notice on Winter Vacation and Registration for the Spring Semester of 2025 for Current International Undergraduate Students

Dear students:

The arrangements for the winter vacation and registration for the spring semester of 2025 are hereby notified as follows:

I. Winter vacation time: From January 20th (Monday) to February 15th (Saturday), 2025. Classes will start on February 17th (Monday).

II. Semester registration

Time: February 16, 2025, from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. Registration can be completed within this period.

Method: Please log on to the 交我办 App or "My SJTU" (Link: https://my.sjtu.edu.cn) on the Minhang campus or Xuhui campus, click on "Undergraduate" and find "Online Registration for International Students" to register online. Students who are unable to return to campus on time due to illness or other reasons should apply for leave or report to their respective departments/schools in advance.

III. Notes

1. Students register through the 交我办 App or "My SJTU" (Link: https://my.sjtu.edu.cn) on campus. Under normal circumstances, there is no need to register at the department/school.

2. Students who are unable to return to campus on time due to illness or other reasons should contact their respective departments (or schools) in advance for leave.

3. Students applying for resumption of studies should complete the reinstatement procedures, pay the tuition fees, and then log on to the 交我办 App for registration.

IV. Special Reminders

According to the regulations of the Ministry of Education's No. 41 decree and the student handbook, students who fail to register within the registration period without providing a valid reason will be subject to expulsion.

On the day of registration, if there are visa issues, please consult the Entry and Exit Administration and Service Center (1st floor of the International Center, Dong Huiyuan Building 3, Minhang Campus, Tel: 34206748); for accommodation and insurance issues, please consult the International Student Service Center (New Administration Building, Room B204, Minhang Campus, Tel: 34203955; Room 1007, Taoli Yuan, Xuhui Campus, Tel: 62933305); for tuition issues, please consult the International Student Development Center (2nd floor of the International Center, Dong Huiyuan Building 3, Minhang Campus, Tel: 34203849).
