| Notice | | Current Location >> [Notice](https://isc.sjtu.edu.cn/EN/news.aspx?info_lb=6&flag=6) Notice Notice of Annual Evaluation of International Scholarship Students Shanghai Jiao Tong University According to the policies of China Scholarship Council and Shanghai Government, annual evaluation is going to be carried out by Shanghai Jiao Tong University to assess international scholarship students. I. Who Is Going to Be Evaluated International scholarship student, who has studied in the university more than one year, and the types of scholarships include Chinese Government, Shanghai Municipal Government(A、B), SJTU，Category One to Category Five of Bachelor and Confucius Institute. II. Procedures (a) Download the evaluation form from <http://apply.sjtu.edu.cn/sjtu-os/> within your account in our system, select “Scholarship Form”, and “print” the evaluation form. Those who can NOT get the form successfully with the method mentioned before, please download [application form.doc](http://isc.sjtu.edu.cn/ueditor/net/upload/2016-03-28/6a1aa807-8af0-47a2-8755-13d172b3d8e5.doc), fill in and print it out. (b) Before 5th, April, students fill in Part I and submit the form and related materials to the coordinator of each college who is in charge of international students. (c) Colleges fill in “College’s Opinion” (for graduate students, the form should be submitted to the professor by the college to fill in “Professor’s Opinion” and then “College’s Opinion”). (d) Before 25th, April, colleges collect and submit all the forms and related materials to International Students Centre. (e) At the beginning of May, evaluation meeting, preliminary results announced. (f) 10th, May, release the final results. III.
