### I forget my jAccount and password

Please go to the log-in page of my.sjtu.edu.cn, click "Forgot Password/Account" ,

and choose “Email”/“Mobile” to retrieve your username or reset your password.

If you forget both the username and password，the reserved mobile has also been  changed，

please send email to service@sjtu.edu.cn to apply for assistance in retrieving them.

The information as follows need to be included in the email:

 ①name; ②student/employee ID; ③mobile number; ④scanning copy of your ID card/passport.
