What kinds of equipments and facilities are provided in the dormitory? ‍‍‍‍ There are Nanyang Bei Yuan and No.8/9 Building for international students on Minhang Campus , Taoli Yuan (Asian Youth Center) and Lianxing Building on Xuhui Campus. The equipment and facilities in each dormitory vary from each other, however, all do provide basic furniture, air-conditioner, internet access, separate bathroom and 24-hour hot shower.   2. What is the housing fee rate for the international students?         Visit Accommodation Fee for detail.  ‍‍‍‍ 3. How to book the dormitory? ‍‍ International students who need to apply for on-campus accommodation are required to book dormitory online. The specific booking information can be available from August 20, 2020 by visiting Study@SJTU (https://isc.sjtu.edu.cn) to view the booking notice and reservation process, the booking website is: http://dormnew.sjtu.edu.cn 4. Can I move into the dorm room earlier than the registration day if with a successful reservation? ‍‍ For new students who have successfully booked for the fall semester of 2020-2021, as some on-campus resources may not be available before formal registration, be sure to check in on the registration date as specified in the admission notice. Students arriving before the specified check-in date are required to resolve their own accommodation. Moreover, students living on campus are required to check in and register within 24 hours after landing in mainland China with valid credentials.
