## Funding opportunities

Within the framework of Mittelbau@geo, funds are available for the promotion of mid-level academic staff, e.g. for

- Start-up financing for projects,
- Small devices for research,
- Grants for: business trips/conference participation/publication costs (for first authorships)
- Bridging gaps in employment
- Emergency financing of ineligible infrastructure
