SFQ survey results
The use of student feedback data for quality assurance purpose in teaching and learning has begun in the early days when HKUST was founded. Since then, all lecture-based sections have been required to collect student feedback at the end of the course. Before 2008, student feedback data were collected using the Course Evaluation Questionnaire (CEQ). Between Fall 2008 and Summer 2020, a set of 12 standard questionnaire templates for different types of course sections called Student Feedback Questionnaire (SFQ) were designed and adopted. Starting from Fall 2020, these templates are replaced by a single, generic SFQ (Generic SFQ).
